Traffic Light Feb 17, 2017 is released

Here is the old clip of Traffic Light, Feb 10, 2017.

At the time, both Traffic Light Dow and Nasdaq redline changed their direction near Feb 10 to ascending from descending, pointing to a bullish posture.  SPY was 232.  Fast forward to the recent time, March 15, SPY was at 237. The index gained about 3%.   Knowing the direction of SPY, the market index, is critical because 75% of stocks correlates with the movement of the index.  The last time the index had a bullish direction change was on Nov 10, 2016; the index gained 4.1 %.  Some stocks gained 50%+ in the same period.

 

The key insights to Traffic Light are the direction especially when the lines are turning.
